Electric Boogie School/ Weightless and separation
5. Weightless and separation – Weightlessness as on the Moon makes you look like being in a different dimension. Separation of the body combined with weightlessness creates an optical illusion of non-human movements. A future dance.

4. Slowmotion – Slow motion as dance form evolved from end 70s and through the ’80s, when movies and television began to show scenes in slow motion. The style got big in France, with Paris as the center throughout the 80s. Pop Dreams is one of the most famous groups within the genre.

3. Robot – The concept of robots comes from ancient Greece, where it was called automats. The word “robot” is Czech from the 1920s. Robot dance is an evidence of people mimic what they see and has therefore evolved along with the technological revolution.

Electric Boogie School / Wave
2. Wave – Waves are streams or currents flowing through the body. This could be from fingertip to fingertip, or from toe to the head. The wave can also be passed on to other dancers when it has passed through the body. As many other Electric Boogie moves, waves are developed in California through the 1970s, but is also found in Indian dance.
Steen Koerner has learned this and many other techniques of Damon Frost from Berkeley, California

1. Tut – Tuts are the body’s geometric shapes. It can create 90 degree angles with many of the body’s joints. Tuts can be created with the arms, hands and even fingers. The name Tut comes from the Egyptian wall paintings of pharaoh Tut-Ankh-Amon. The movements became famous with Walt Disney’s Bugs Bunny cartoons from the 1940s
Danmark / Gnags Teaterkoncert
d. 30. september i Black Box Theatre, Holstebro
Anders Jørgensen, direktør for Musikteatret Holstebro, udtaler:
